center May, I bought a DVD, which read not play in my DVD player. Ergo, I then emailed the retailer (in Austria) in order to encourage an exchange. The DVD that is returned, a few days later came a message that it has found no errors, but had exchanged "goodwill reasons," the DVD yet.
Unfortunately, the DVD showed the same problems. My Yamaha DVD player refused to read the DVD, which my sister Yamakawa failed in the third chapter and crashed. Two DVD burners also increased from the third chapter. So again with the dealer set, but switched to the stubborn. The DVD would be fine with them, after all, and one would already not the first time have to change. My conclusion now is that I will not order there.
But unfortunately now I still had a DVD, which can not be played properly. So I started to experiment a little. To this end I installed ddrescue which produced an image of the defective DVD. To mount the image worked, so I updated the image burned onto a DVD. This DVD has so far worked, I could find no error in the quick test regarding sound or image, although when reading the DVD 340 errors were found. After all, I am now come in a roundabout way to the film.
